Hello Linson,

Thank you for your post.

The WebM that you have sent us contains VP9 video track.

Such videos could be edited at the present time only with K-frame accuracy. It means that the video will be started with the key frame and not the frame that you have selected, so you can get not accurate result on output files.

We will possibly add frame accurate editing for VP9 codec to Video Splitter's next releases.

Video Splitter в представлении разделителей формата времени ориентируется не на спецификацию, которую вы приводите, а на собственную документацию, в которой описаны те форматы времени, которые используются.

Индексация не предусмотрена в Video Splitter для MKV, MP4, WEBM.
Индексация выполняется для форматов MPEG-1, MPEG-2, TS, PS, для аудио файлов, содержащих MPEG аудио, таких как MP3.
Вот полный список форматов файлов, для которых применяется индексация, из документации программы:


    MPEG-1 Video Format files (*.mpg, *.mpeg, *.m1v, *.mpv)
    MPEG-2 Video Format files (*.mpg, *.mpeg, *.mpv, *.m2v, *.vob, *.ts, *.m2ts, *.vob)
    H.264/AVC, H.265/HEVC Elementary video files (*.h264, *.h265)

Спасибо за ваше сообщение.
Проблему с непостроением раскадровки на временной шкале в покадровом режиме для больших MKV файлов удалось воспроизвести на нашей стороне.
Постараемся ее поправить в ближайшее время.
Как только будет готово обновление программы, мы разместим его в этой теме.

Спасибо за ваше сообщение.
Мы учтем ваше замечание по разделителю в тайм-коде для Калькулятора времени для будущих выпусков программы.
Обращаю ваше внимание на то, что данный недочет есть только в Калькуляторе времени, в основном интерфейсе программы используется формат для времени и кадров с разделителем с точкой и запятой между временем и кадрами (00:00:00;00).

Please go to Tools / Preferences / View tab and enable the "Show "Jump Forward"" and "Show "Jump Backward"" buttons. When these buttons appear on the Video Splitter's interface, please right mouse click on one from these buttons and select the needed time step.

Yes, we have reproduced the issue on version 7.6.
Version 8 of Video Splitter works correctly with WMV files.

Hello Alonso,

We have checked again this issue and noticed that it only happens on version 7.6. On version 8 of Video Splitter wmv files editing works correctly.

The version 7.6 is unfortunately not updated by us anymore as this is the old version.

So, the only solution that I can offer is to try to use the latest version 8 of Video Splitter available for the download at its home page:
