Please let me know if you have registered HyperCam 3 with your license key.
If you have ordered portable version then follow steps described in this guideline to register the product correctly.
If there will be problems with registration please send to support(at)solveigmm(dot)com your order information (first and last names, email address, company name if was specified).

Thank you for your post.

Could you please specify what HyperCam version you use?
What is your operating system?

I've check this on the 3.5.1211.29 version from the website and on 3.5 beta version and I have Xvid codec in the list.

Please make sure that you have not selected "WMV" in the Options -> Output format combobox. In this case Xvid codec is hidden in the list.
If you do not see Xvid codec if "Auto", "AVI" or "ASF" is chosen then please try to install HyperCam as the standard, not portable version. Will Xvid codec appear in this list?

Hello Waydown,

Thank you for your detailed description about problems.

Unfortunately I’ve not reproduced on beta version problem with video which skips backwards every few seconds and there is sound on all output files.
Please let us know where you playback your file. If you use player, please specify its version.

So it will be very helpful for us if you upload the original file to reproduce this problem.

As for MKV files with DTS audio, I have audio on such files. The audio wave is built maybe slow after the opening, but it builds and there is sound on the playback.

Please try to install K-lite codec pack, possibly this will help.

Thank you a lot for files.

The problem was reproduced with 3.6.1306.21 version from the website.
But beta version fixes this problem with playback. Please try to use it:

Thank you for your answer.

I mean the sample of original file from which you get the output file with freezing. And we need also the project file.

If Video Splitter creates output files with freezing from the new fragment that you can create then you can send us this new fragment.

Dropbox.com allows to share files with up to 2GB. Filedropper.com with up to 5GB.

Am I right that you open your output MKV files in Video Splitter?

I've tried to edit several MKV files on the latest version from the website (3.6.1306.21) and the beta version and have not noticed such problem.

Could you please upload the sample of your MKV file to any file host service, e.g. to [url]dropbox.com[/url?

Please send also the project file (select fragments for saving then go to File -> Save project as).

Добрый день, VVi3ard,

Спасибо за ваши запросы, возможно реализуем их в будущих выпусках программы.

Еще не хватает опции что бы в обрезанных файлах сохранялись теги оригинала и что гораздо важнее Дата съемки (создания).

Только сейчас обратил внимание что все обработанные файлы стали текущей датой, теперь восстановить время и дату будет очень не легко

Хорошо, учтем ваше пожелание.
Если ваш файл содержит метаданные, то для их сохранения можно попробовать использовать бета версию Video Splitter Video Splitter (для MP4, MTS файлов).

Так же не помешала бы возможность довать "Имена" областям что бы при групповом сохранении областей оно использовалось для имени файла.

Вы можете это сделать, если добавлять отдельные фрагменты для сохранения под  разным именем в Менеджер пакетной обработки. Затем обработать все задачи за один проход.
В данной инструкции можно посмотреть как использовать менеджер пакетной обработки. 
Возможно мы реализуем эту возможность не через использование пакетной обработки.

You can calculate output time for selected fragment at present time.

Select fragment and go to Tools -> Time calculator. It will show the duration for selected fragment.

If you have the same problem with your file on the latest version of AVI Trimmer + MKV , then could you please upload your file to any file host service to reproduce it at our end and fix it?
Please specify start and stop time positions were chosen for your fragments.

Video Splitter / Re: Multiple join jobs as batch

Thank you for your question.

You can use Batch console of Video Splitter to fulfill this task.

1) Load to the Join Manager files you would like to join. Then go to File -> Save join list.
2) Clear files from the Join Manager and open other files you would like to join (the second task). Go to File -> Save join list and save the second list under the another name.
3) Repeat steps 1-2 for as many tasks for joining you have.
4) Open your saved join lists in the Notepad. Copy from your join lists text that starts from <group name=... and ends with </group> and paste it to the place after </group> of the first join list.

5) Go to C:\Program Files\Solveig Multimedia\SolveigMM Video Splitter, find the "SMM_BatchSplit.exe" in the folder and drag your saved join list with several tasks on "SMM_BatchSplit.exe".

The processing of your tasks will be started.

Unfortunately this error was not reproduced on the 3.6.1305.24 version from the Video Splitter home page and the beta version.

And we have not unfortunately received the input mkv file from Flo to reproduce the problem on our end.

If you have the same problem with some of the above versions of Video Splitter could you please upload your input file to any file host service?

Also please send to support(at)solveigmm(dot)com the the project file (go to File -> Save Project as after selection the fragments for saving).

Hello idgforum,

Thank you for contacting us.

You can move the program by clicking on any area of the program's window and moving it down by holding the mouse button.

If you use registered version, you can also minimize HyperCam view by clicking the Help button.

You can select the convenient view of HyperCam after recording start in Options -> Interface -> HyperCam window when recording combobox.

Also you can try to change resolution of your system. If it is lower then recommended some items may not fit on the screen (800х600 instead of recommended 1920х1080).

According to error message, could you please record and send us log files to support(at)solveigmm(dot)com.

Also please send us screenshots of your settings (Options -> Video/Audio/Extras/Interface tabs).
