Unfortunately, I could not reproduce this behavior. Could you please give more details on this process? E.g.: is the playback on or off, what file types you use when the issue is reproduced? if it is specific to the file, please send this file to our tech support with reference to this topic.

Здравствуйте sanuchek,
Чтобы перенести лицензию на другой ПК вам нужно удалить лицензию с текущего ПК в меню "Справка"-"О программе"-"Удалить лицензию". После этого можно будет активировать на новом ПК.
Более детальное описание можно посмотреть на соответствующей странице HowTo (пока только на англ. языке).

Если нет возможности удалить лицензию самостоятельно, пожалуйста, напишите в техническую поддержку с указанием лицензионного ключа.

Относительно вашей проблемы - если она повторяется, пожалуйста, пришлите образцы файлов, которые вы редактируете, а также файл проекта с описанием последовательности действий для воспроизведения в тех. поддержку или мне личным сообщением. Пожалуйста, укажите ссылку на тему. Также, пожалуйста, уточните где вы просматриваете полученное видео.

Для отправки вы можете использовать любое файловое хранилище - Google Drive, Яндекс Диск итд.

The problem must be that the installation was not complete. Please try to do a clean install of the software: first uninstall your current version, restart your PC if requested. Then install the HyperCam again.

Здравствуйте,
Начиная с версии 7.3 мы изменили работу с маркерами. Теперь маркеры работают как в версии 5 - вместо двух различных типов маркеров (начало/конец) введены обычные маркеры. Для того, чтобы удалить фрагмент необходимо обозначить маркерами его начало и конец, а после этого установить состояние интервала (сохранить или вырезать). Это можно сделать горячими клавишами (S - отметить на сохранение, D - отметить на удаление ), нажав на кнопку с изображением ножниц в нижней части нужного интервала или через меню "Правка" / контекстное меню временной шкалы.

The automatic interval collapsing is currently disabled, but we'll restore it in the future releases. Now you can collapse the "Cut" intervals manually by double clicking the interval or a double arrow button over the interval.

Unfortunately, I did not quite understand the first problem, could you please describe it a little more.
Regarding the second issue - when you push the Add Marker hotkey, the marker is set in the position of the mouse/gray marker when it exists on the timeline, in other cases it is set in the position of the orange slider.

Please let me explain, that you can only merge files with equal parameters. If your files have different parameters, they can not be combined. You can check the parameters of files with some third-party analyzers, or you can drop them to the Media Joiner and compare those parameters in a list.
