Unfortunately we have not received answer from ICT-TECH.

If you have the same problem with your file on the latest version of AVI Trimmer + MKV , then could you please upload your file to any file host service to reproduce it at our end and fix it?
Please specify start and stop time positions were chosen for your fragments.

Do you use the latest AVI Trimmer + MKV version available from our website?

The latest one is 2.0.1210.11 (you can check the version by clicking on the left upper icon of AVI Trimmer + MKV).

Could you please send us this file for we could reproduce the problem on our end? You can upload it to any file host service. e.g. filedropper.com or dropbox.com.

When i select my source file (avi) the program stops responding and i get the following message...

I can trim other .avi files no problem, but not this specific one?
