Please try to install the latest version of WMP Trimmer Plugin 3 available for the download from the following link:

http://www.solveigmm.com/download/SolveigMM_WMP_Trimmer_Plugin_Home_Edition_3_0_Beta.exe

If the issue remains with this version, could you please upload for us original input MP4 file to any file host service, e.g. Google drive or Dropbox.com? Also please specify what time positions were selected for the fragments you would like to be saved.

On some files generated by the same software, this plug-in works great; then there's a few MP4's that immediately crash WMP and refuse to work when trimming.

I have logs that I can send via e-mail.
