Thak ypu for your post.
I checked the Video Splitter with the specified Windows version but unfortunately didn't find any crashes.

Could you please send to our technical support or to me directly the log files when the crash appears again and also a screenshot of the crash and describe when exactly it occurs.

Ok, I had also testwise switched the playback options to "standard", this caused the error at my system. Now I have switched back to "VMR-7". Now all seems to be ok.

Since the last windows update (KB4040724) for windows 10 ver 1703 videosplitter gets "Runtime Error" every few minutes and the programm will be closed. "This application has requested the runtime to terminate in a unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information." It happens with all kind of videos. I tried installing a newer beta version 6.1 1709 29, but it's the same. At all the programm is not very stable and crashes sometimes.
