How to transfer license from inoperative computer

If you need from us to send you your license key, please write us to support(at)solveigmm.com.

I see that in order to transfer a current license to a new computer, you have to use the Delete operation on the old computer. Unfortunately, that computer is inoperative. How can I transfer the license in this situation, please?
