Hi Andrew,

Thank you for your post.

I see the software supports m2ts, does include m2ts from blu-ray?

Video Splitter 4 should work with Blu-ray m2ts files.

Could you please upload for us the original m2ts file to reproduce the issue at our end?
You can use any file host service to upload the file, e.g. dropbox.com (2 Gb free space), filedropper.com (5Gb free space for file sharing) or Google drive.

We also need the project file created by Video Splitter. To get it select fragments for saving then go to File -> Save project as.

Also please specify what player you use to playback the output file after trimming.
Thank you.

Hi,

I'm trying to edit m2ts files ripped by AnyDVD ripper from a Blu-ray disc but there is always errors at the join points after trimming. I see the software supports m2ts, does include m2ts from blu-ray?

If so, how can i send you the files showing the problem? I've recorded a log session of this problem. What files do you need and is there a upload size limit - the original m2ts is about 2gb, edited version is 1.24gb.

Thanks,
Andrew
