Hello jeffreestar,

Thank you for your post.

Could you please send us the information about your original input mkv file from the MediaInfo utility?
It is available for download here:

https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo

Install it, after installation right mouse click on the file and select "MediaInfo". See parameters of your file in the window that will be opened.
Send us the screenshot of the opened window or click on the "Export in a customized format" button to receive the txt file with parameters of your file to share with us.
You can send this to support(at)solveigmm.com

Thank you in advance.
Best Regards,
Olga Krovyakova

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using SolveigMM Video Splitter for a while and really love how fast and lossless it works, especially when cutting MP4 and AVI files. However, I recently tried splitting a large MKV file (around 15 GB), and the process froze at around 80%. I waited a few minutes, but it didn’t continue.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Is there an optimal setting or a recommended codec pack that could help with large MKV files? I’d really appreciate any advice or tips to make the process smoother.

Thanks in advance!
