Thank you for your post and please excuse for the delayed reply.

Unfortunately Video Splitter doesn't allow to rename audio tracks in the video file.
You can only give a name to the output file that will be created after the editing.
If you would like to save only one audio track in such video file you can select streams for output file in in Control / Select streams.. menu.

I have a bluray on which there is a film with two different soundtracks. An "Original Kino-Synchronisation" and a "TV Synchronisation"!

Can I rename the two sound tracks when ripping?

Or how can I distinguish between the two versions later (in Plex)?
