Forum settings: sort order of posts

I suppose the option you're looking for is the "Profile"-"Modify Profile"-"Look and Layout"-"Show most recent posts at the top."

The forum defaults to showing the thread's most recent post at the top, which is the opposite of most forums do.  I'd like to have posts sorted the opposite way.  Normally there is a profile setting that allows a user to change this setting, but I can't find it here.

Is that setting actually disabled or am I just not clever enough to find it?
