Hello cirasj!
Please try at first to uninstall HyperCam (using Start->All programs -> HyperCam -> Uninstall or via Control Panel).
After uninstallation please check if all files were removed from your computer in the folders below
(these are the default folders, if you have installed HyperCam 6 to another folder check it please).
"C:\Program Files\HyperCam 6"
and
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia"
Or if you have 64 bit operating system the default folders will be
"C:\Program Files\HyperCam 6"
and
"C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia"
These folders should not exist after uninstall.
If there will be any files after uninstallation please remove them manually from these folders.
If it will be offered to restart computer while uninstallation please do it.
After restarting of PC check one more if there are any files in the C:\Program Files\HyperCam 6 folder and delete them if there will be any.
Then install HyperCam 6 again.
