Здравствуйте fixer,

Спасибо за Ваши предложения.

Файл, который Вы отправили действительно поврежден и, поэтому его невозможно отредактировать в Video Splitter.
Возможность обработки поврежденных файлов зависит от того в какой степени поврежден файл, поэтому некоторые из таких файлов Video Splitter обрабатывает, при значительном повреждении файла обработка невозможна.

1. Отображать на панели маркеров возможные места для разрезания файла.
Сейчас маркер устанавливается непрерывно, реально же дискретность порядка 0.3 секунды.
Сейчас неясно, приведет ли сдвижка маркера к разрезанию на новом месте или на том же самом.

Подумаем над этим предложением. Вероятно, если будут отображаться возможные места для маркеров, интерфейс получится перегруженным.  Сейчас для более удобного редактирования можно перейти в покадровый режим (Вид -> Формат времени -> Время и кадры). Последнюю 3.0 версию можно загрузить со страницы программы.

2.Более детально отображать какие неполадки обнаружены при открытии файла.
Сейчас это просто "Loaded file is corrupted". И почему-то этот файл, заново сохраненный в программе при последующем открытии в ней же иногда остаётся "corrupted". 

3. Улучшить обработку ошибок. Слегка подпорченный файл открывается в плэйерах и других подобных редакторах но иногда выдаёт ошибку при открытии в Video Splitter до "Loaded file is corrupted".

Спасибо за совет, подумаем как здесь можно усовершетсвовать работу программы.

Thank you for file.

This issue is caused by the fact that AVI Trimmer + MKV edit AVI files in GOP (group of pictures) accurate mode.
It means that the program will only allow to cut the fragment from the key frame with which this group of pictures begins. The Key frame of the GOP is in the fragment that you have selected to be cutted off, but you want to cut the fragment that starts with the frame that is within this GOP.
The nearest key frame for your start position is on 00:11:960 therefore the trimming can be started only from this point - the key frame point, not from 00:14:400.

Здравствуйте KimSS,

К сожалению, при редактиоровании файлов с H.264 видео потоком действительно применяется частичное перекодирование, и поэтому качество может ухудшаться.

Чтобы этого измежать попробуйте отредактировать Ваш файл в режиме с точностью до группы кадров в SolveigMM Video Splitter.
Для этого нужно перед началом редактирования снять галочку в меню "Точность до кадра (Умный режим)" в меню "Управление".

If yes, could you please seend us your file to reproduce this problem with start/stop time positions of the chosen fragments.

Could you please upload you file to any file host service, e.g. to dropbox.com (provides 2 Gb  free space for file sharing)?

Please specify also start and stop time positions were chosen for your fragments.
Do all the fragments that you save have the duration and the size of the original video?

The problem really exists, but I can view the feezing frames on the fourth fragment when playback the file on Media Player Classic.

Could you please specify what software do you use for the files playback?

Thank you for your report.

Could you please send us the screenshots of the following Windows settings?

Control panel->Sound->Playback-> right mouse click on the "Speackers" and choose "Properties". Then go to  the "Levels" and "Advanced" tabs and please send us the screenshots of this tabs.

Control panel->Sound->Recording -> right mouse click on the "Stereo Mix" and choose "Properties". And send us screenshots of the "Listen" and "Advanced" tabs. The "listen to this device" checkbox should not be checked in the "Listen" tab.

Please also try to make the record with the standard Windows "Sound Recorder". Will the created recordings have the sound using it?

Despite the fact that the you have this problem on all wmv files, could you please upload the sample file e.g. to dropbox.com?
And please specify the start and stop time positions were chosen for the fragment and on what exactly time do you have freezing frames.

please send us to support(at)solveigmm(dot)com screenshots of your settings in Audio, Video, Extras tabs of the Options.

Also we need the screenshot of this error message and please specify also on  what stage does this error message appear (the start of record, recording, when you click on pause, continue the recording after pause, stop recording)?

According to the second problem with cracling sound, we need also the screenshots of your setting if they are not as in the posts

I think if the CPU load up HyperCam must skip frames, how does WM Capture Tool for examle with MPEG2.

Seems you have the same problem with cracling sound?

The cracling sound issue could arise if the sound options are not optimal or the computer "doesn't manage" to do something.

Please check if you have the same setting as in this posts: Hypercam_fan from February 10, 2012, 01:46:30 am and from February 11, 2012, 12:18:18 am.

Try to decrease fps setting and the dimensions of the recorded area (width and height).

Will be the cracling sound with fps = 10 frames per second and with small area of recording?
