Hello Hacker?pcs,

Could you please specify if the initial file plays correctly in AVI Trimmer + MKV or any players? May be you have noticed desync while this initial file playback?

It will be also very helpful for us if you could upload the initial file e.g. to dropbox.com. And please specify start ans stop positions of fragment(s) were chosen for the output file.

Unfortunately this could happen.

The point is that the file could be created with one muxer and AVI Trimmer + MKV use another one.

But to make sure that this is not a bug, please send us your file for we could check it.

You can upload it to any file host service, e.g. to dropbox.com.

And please specify start and stop time positions were chosen for your fragment.

Question 1: shouldn't it read ''to 3.x''?
Yes,  it should read 3.x.

Question 2: what is to be filled in ''license required''?

It means the number of licenses you would like to upgrade (1 if you have purchased earlier the 1 Video Splitter license).

The price of upgrade was changed.

Update price for standart personal  license 19.95 Euro.
Portable upgrade price is 29.95 Euro.
For commercial version is 79.95 Euro.

Hello pallab,

The "elecard" watermark is probably due the fact that you use unregistered version of Video Splitter.

By the way, you can try to use Video Splitter 3.0 beta with AVCHD, MKV, MOV and MP4 files frame accurate splitting and joining.

Добрый день Papania.

Где-то на 20-й минуте редактирование закончилось с сохранением видео дорожки именно до этого места. Методом тыка выяснил, что, видимо повреждена вся 21-я минута. Когда поставил вырезать всё, до 22-й минуты всё прошло нормально. Но это возможно из-за повреждения моего файла, хотя визуально 21-я минута проходит безупречно.

А не могли бы Вы прислать нам Ваш исходный файл, чтоб мы могли посмотреть в чем может быть причина проблемы?

Вы можете загрузить его на любой сервер хранения файлов, например dropbox.com.
