Hello Dwight,

Please excuse for inconveniences.
Could you please send us the original input file that you open in Video Splitter and the project file? You can upload it to any file sharing service, e.g. Google drive (https://drive.google.com) or Wetransfer.com.

To get the project file open the input file in Video Splitter, set fragments for saving and deleting then go to File menu -> Save project as and select folder to save the project file.

Hello mwb1100,

There was the logo of HyperCam 5 on your recorded video file therefore I said this this was the 5th version.
Unfortunately can not reproduce this bug at our end.
There is no way to configure Video Splitter instead of HyperCam Media Editor, but you can use Video Splitter if it works ok with this file.

HyperCam Media Editor from HyperCam 6 has voice over feature.

All other features are the same as in Video Splitter Home.

Thank you for the file you have sent to us.
I've checked it in HyperCam Media Editor and the preview works ok.
I've noticed that you use HyperCam 5 to record the file.
Please try to use HyperCam 6 and its HyperCam Media Editor available here for download:

Hello David,

To get more details on the error, please enable log files recording in the "Options"-"Extras"-"Write logs".
After that please restart your HyperCam and reproduce the error.
Open the log-files folder by clicking the "..." button on the same window and send us its contents to support(at)solveigmm(dot)com.

Hello Trshelt1,

Thank you for your post and please excuse for the delay in reply.

Please try to uinstall both 5.5 and 6.1 versions from your computer.

After uninstallation please check if you have not got files in the folders below. If there will be any files in these folders, delete them manually.

"C:\Program files\HyperCam 6",  "C:\Program files\HyperCam 5"
and
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia"

or if you have 64 bit operating system the standard folders will be:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\HyperCam 6 and "C:\Program files (x86)\HyperCam 5"
and
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia"

Then please install version 6.1 and try to make the recording.
If this will not help, then please record and send us log files.

Please enable log files recording in the "Options"-"Extras"-"Write logs".
After that please restart your HyperCam and reproduce the error.
Open the log-files folder by clicking the "..." button on the same window and send us its contents to support(at)solveigmm(dot)com.

Frame accuracy (Smart Mode) feature is enabled by default in Control menu of Video Splitter. Please enable it if it is disabled.

Попробуйте, пожалуйста, использовать 64 битную версию Video Splitter для редактирования 4K видео.

Thank you for your post.

As I've already wrote via support email, regrettably we have not reproduced this issue with Elecard logo at our end. We have checked this on several PCs.

Please send us log files for we could find out the problem reason with Elecard logo.

Thank you for your post.

Please try to at first to uninstall HyperCam 6 from your computer.

You could uninstall it via Start menu or via Start -> All programs -> HyperCam 6 -> Uninstall or via or Windows Control Panel.

After uninstallation please make sure that all files in the folders below were removed from your computer

"C:\Program Files\HyperCam 6"
and
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia"

If there will be any files in this folders please delete them manually from these folders.
Reboot your computer if it will be asked by the installer after uninstallation.

Then you could install the product again.
