We are looking forward to receive original input file that you open in Video Splitter. Also please describe in details your sequence of actions to reproduce the issue (make a screen-shot of the error, attach a trimming project that produces an error).

Thank you for your suggestions.

You can already do it. Just put files to timeline, then go to Control / Select streams menu and disable audio for editing (disable button with scissors near the Audio).
Then press the Save button to start the editing.

HyperCam / Re: HyperCam 6 not starting

Hello cirasj!

Please try at first to uninstall HyperCam (using Start->All programs -> HyperCam -> Uninstall or via Control Panel).
 
After uninstallation please check if all files were removed from your computer in the folders below
(these are the default folders, if you have installed HyperCam 6 to another folder check it please).

"C:\Program Files\HyperCam 6"
and
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia"

Or if you have 64 bit operating system the default folders will be

"C:\Program Files\HyperCam 6"
and
"C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia"

These folders should not exist after uninstall.
 
If there will be any files after uninstallation please remove them manually from these folders.
 
If it will be offered to restart computer while uninstallation please do it.
 
After restarting of PC check one more if there are any files in the C:\Program Files\HyperCam 6  folder and delete them if there will be any.
 
Then install HyperCam 6 again.

Please upload for us sample of original input .mkv file that you open in Video Splitter.
You can upload it to any file sharing service, e.g. Google drive (https://drive.google.com) or Wetransfer.com.

Also please send us to support(at)solveigmm.com screenshots of metadata fields that are empty in MediaInfo and MKVtoolnix.

HyperCam 2 is not our product, please try to use HyperCam 6, which can be downloaded here:
https://www.solveigmm.com/en/products/hypercam/

You can select in it to record Custom (for region recording), Window or the Screen.

If there will be difficulties with the version 6, please contact us again.

Здравствуйте, Виктор!

Данное поведение программы обусловлено тем, что скорей всего файлы с разных камер имеют различные характеристики видео, аудио данных. Программа способна обрабатывать одновременно файлы с идентичными характеристиками видео и звука, поэтому открывается в программе либо первый либо второй файл.
