Hello WinstonSmith6079,

Unfortunately using our software it is not currently possible to join such files with different parameters of video/audio data.
We also have not got such feature yet to partially remove the video from the selected fragment from the file leaving its audio content. At the present time it can only completely remove video from the file with saving its audio content.
If such features appear in the Video Splitter in future, I'll post at this thread.

As soon as the feature with supporting of the rotate flag in files will be added to Video Splitter, I'll report in this thread.

Здравствуйте Ramzes,

Баг с изменением размера окна поправлен.

Хочу отметить что внешний размер будет меняться, это обусловлено дизайном.
Баг состоял в том, что второй открываемый файл и последующие файлы открывались без изменения размера окна в большую сторону. А при закрытии по прежнему уменьшали высоту окна на ширину таймлайна. Это было исправлено в версии по ссылке ниже.

Dear Yoshi,

Thank you  a lot for the file you have sent.
The second issue was also reproduced at our end and as soon as the updated version will be ready, we will write here.

The issue with sound in the output MOV and MP4 files was fixed in the version available for the download from the following link:

Thank you for your post.
Unfortunately Video Splitter's Join Manager at the present time can not join files of different formats or it they have different parapeters of audio, video, bitrate, width, height.
If we will add such feature to Video Splitter's next releases, we will post here.

Thank you for your post.
I've reproduced the same issue with some our MOV files. We will try to fix it in the near future.
As soon as the udated version will be ready, we will post it here.

According the second issue with MP4 rotate flag, could you please uplaod for us the sample input file with such flag to any file host service, e.g. Google drive or Dropbox.com to reproduce the issue at our end?

Please send us the whole file with codecs that will be produced after entering "dxdiag" to Run..., then clicking "Save All Information" button.
You can upload the file to any file host service or send it to support(at)solveigmm(dot)com.

Hello mike2003,

To help you we need the following information, please send it to us:

- versions of Adobe products that you use.
- version of your operating system, also specify 32 bit or 64 bit system you have.
- send us the list of installed codecs in your  system. To get it enter "dxdiag" to Run..., then "Save All Information".

HyperCam uses Windows API tools for screen capture and call of this function with the same arguments, but at different times, takes a different amount of time. At the same time it is not known in advance how much time this will take. Therefore, it turns out that one frame is recorded with one duration and another frame with another other duration. Therefore the file is created with variable frame rate.

Здравствуйте, StartSelect,

Не могли бы вы прислать файл проекта для файла "ivi_NIM_59_OV_1.mp4", когда вы получаете переменный фреймрейт (выберите фрагменты для сохранения и далее перейдите в Файл -> Сохранить проект как)?

Я пробовала вырезать из этого файла фрагменты 10-15 минут, но фреймрейт оставался постоянным (версия 5.2.1602.24).

The problem is in fact in Adobe products that can not accept files with variable frame rate.

Добрый день,

Спасибо за сообщение.
Не могли бы вы загрузить файл на какой-нибудь файлообменик, (например, Dropbox.com или Google drive) и дать ссылку на него для того чтобы мы могли воспроизвести проблему на нашей стороне?
Скажите, пожалуйста, на каком этапе у вас возникает данная ошибка, сразу же после открытия файла?
