Please try to use the version available at the link below. Will ot fix this issue at your end?

If not, could you please upload for us your input file to any file host service, e.g. Google drive or Dropbox.com and send us please the project file aslso. To get the project file select fragments for saving then go to File -> Save project as.

У меня не проходит активация этой бета-версии моим кодом активации. В прошлый раз получалось.
Или, может, количество активаций ограничено?  Как бы мне активировать? Или скоро выйдет обновленная официальная версия?

Could you please upload for us the original input file(s) from your camcoder to e.g. Google drive or Dropbox.com to reproduce all this issues at our end?

Also please send us project files for all this issues. To get the project file select fragments for saving then Go to "File" menu -> Save project as.

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately this feature is not supported by current version of Video Splitter at the present time.
We will possibly add it in its future releases, the date when it will be added is yet unknown.

If this feature become available, I'll post in this thread.

Проблема с воспроизведением в Video Splitter MTS файла, который вы нам присылали, была решена в версиях, доступных по ссылкам ниже.

Проблему удалось воспроизвести на нашей стороне (при открытии есть только аудио дорожка, видео не показывается).

Как только будет выпущена версия с поправленным багом, я напишу в теме.

А как мне мою официальную версию сплиттера сделать исправленной?
Вы выложили исправленную версию, но она beta.

Исправления багов по мере их решения вносятся в бета-версии программы, официальная версия содержит перечень поправленных багов.
Последняя официальная версия была выпущена сегодня и доступна для загрузки со страницы программы.

Hi,

I've checked our emails and regrettably have not found your email among them.

You can use Batch Manager of Video Splitter Business Edition to process all videos in one pass. After marking fragments for saving you need to add task to batch queue. Then process the Batch Manager editing task.
Here are several guidelines that could be helpful for you:

Note that .ssp file is the project file and can not be opened in Batch Manager. Batch Manager uses .xtl files.
If you open .ssp file in Home Edition version only one file will be processed.

2)   Can I do this (step d in batch mode) without needing to buy the Business edition for the batch mode utility? Is there a cheaper/scale-down version or a separate batch utility for home users like me where I normally record quite a number of shows from free-to-air shows and just using this software to remove adverts?

Unfortunately there is no cheaper/scale-down version and no separate batch utility in Home Edition version.

The upgrade from Home Edition to Business Edition costs $149.05 or 109.05 euro.
