Both problems were reproduced (wrong positioning on the previous K-frame and freezing).

We will post here as soon as there will be new update with fixed bugs.

Здравствуйте  tpa,

Попробуйте использовать бэта версию программы с редактированием AVI с точностью до кадра.
Точность до кадра реализована пока только для кодеков DX50 и MP42.

Yes, unfortunately for AVC video can be used at the present time only Elecard AVC decoder.

Резка AVI файлов происходит в режиме с точностью до ключевого кадра, поэтому полученный фрагмент может начинаться не с выбранного вами кадра, а с предыдущего ключевого кадра.

К сожалению, редактирование с точностью до кадра не поддерживается для формата AVI.

Но если ставить маркеры начала на ключевых кадрах, то фрагмент начнется именно с того места где установлен маркер.
Для этого в меню "Управление" можно включить "Привязать курсор к предыдущему ключевому кадру" и "Привязать маркер к предыдущему ключевому кадру". А также использовать навигацию по ключевым кадрам (клавиши стрелка вправо и стрелка влево).

Do you use the latest Video Splitter version (3.6.13.01.16)? You can check the version in Help -> About  SovleigMM Video Splitter menu.

You can download this version from the direct link below:

It would be easier to locate the problem if you could send us the file which you have tried to edit. Please upload it to any file host service, e.g. filedropper.com or dropbox.com.
Please send also the project file. After fragment selecting please go to File -> Save project as.

Could you please try to record log files and send them to support(at)solveigmm(dot)com?

Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately .flv support is not included in version 3.6.
The list of features and fixes is available on Video Splitter home page in Version history section. I copy below the list of features of new 3.6 version.

Please try to use the latest 3.6 version of Video Splitter.

If this version will not help, please upload for us the sample of original file that you have tried to edit (e.g. to dropbox.com or filedropper.com) and send us please the project file.
When you choose the fragments for saving go to “File -> Save project as”.

Please specify also the game name for we could reproduce the freezing on our end.

SolveigMM Video Splitter  - это редактор для видео и аудио файлов. Конвертировать файл из одного формата в другой, к сожалению, невозможно с помощью него.

Попробуйте, пожалуйста, установить бэта-версию  программы, возникнет ли с ней данная проблема?

Если проблема останется, не могли бы вы загрузить исходный файл на любой файлообменник, например, на filedropper.com и прислать нам на support(at)solveigmm(dot)com?
Пришлите, пожалуйста, еще файл проекта. После того как выберите интервалы для сохранения перейдите в меню Файл ->Сохранить проект как...

Нам бы также были бы полезны лог файлы. По ссылке ниже инструкция, как их можно получить:
