Thank you for the question.

You can use HyperCam portable version for the using the product on the several PCs. Just install it on your portable device, e.g. USB- flash device and you will be able to start HyperCam from the flash drive on the every PC to which you will connect your USB device. In this case the installaing/uninstalling will not be required as you will start HyperCam from your flash drive.

If you would like to purchase it, you can use this link.

If you don't like to use the portable version you will need to uninstall the product from the one PC at first to install it on another computer. You need not to be connected to the Internet for this.

HyperCam Version 3.4 ist veröffentlicht!

Es ist nun für Benutzer von Windows Vista oder höher möglich, Skype-Sessions aufzunehmen. 

Weitere nützliche Ergänzungen  sind z.B. die Lautstärke-Anzeige den Skype-Einstellungen und die Möglichkeit, das Mikrofon aus der Liste der Audio-Geräte auszuwählen.

Die integrierte  Videobearbeitung  HyperCam Media Editor hat nun   eine neue verbesserte Schnittstelle mit Erstellung von Miniaturansichten und Zeitformat-Umschaltfunktionen für bequemeres Videobearbeitung.

HyperCam version 3.4 is released!

It is now possible to capture Skype sessions for users of Windows Vista and higher operating systems.

It also has usefull additions such as a sound level indicator of the Skype settings and the ability to select the microphone from the  audio-device list in the popup menu.

The built-in video editor HyperCam Media Editor now has the new improved interface with thumbnails generation and time format switching features for more comfortable editing.

Вышла 3.4 версия HyperCam!

Основной особенностью версии является возможность записывать сессии Skype для пользователй операционных систем начиная с Windows Vista и выше.

Полезными дополнениями стали отображение индикатора уровня громкости настроек звука Skype и возможность выбрать микрофон из нескольких показываемых в программе.

Кроме того был улучшен интерфейс встроенного видеоредактора HyperCam Media Editor с функией генерации раскадровки и возможностью выбора формата времени для более удобного редактирования.

Thank you for logs.

We are working to find out why the problem could occure.
HyperCam is compatible with Windows7 64 bits, the confirmation you can find on the Microsoft page.

Celavey, please send your logs to support(at)solveigmm(dot)com as the reason of this error could be different. Specify also on what exactly step this error appear. Screenshots of your Audio, Video, Extras settings will be also useful for us.

As Stanislav already has wrote "2.vob" file has the delay at the beginning, so this is the reason why after the joining there is the interruption.

But we have noticed the problem with audio in the "joined" place. This problem we will try to fix and will post here when there will be news.

Thank you for your questions.

1.) Can Video Splitter reduce the bitrate without having to re-encode the files with minimal quality loss?

Unfotunately Video Splitter has not such a feature to change the bitrate. It operates without using any encoding/decoding process.

2.) I have heard of problems caused by loading multiple codecs.  Are Video splitter's codecs self-contained in the program, or does it register new codecs in Win7.?

Video Splitter doesn't register the codecs that could effect on the other programs operating, it could be said that Video Splitter's codecs are self-contained.

I have checked it on both Windows XP and Windows 7 OS and have not noticed any problems with its trimming.

Do you use the latest Video Splitter version available from

Please specify the start and stop time positions were chosen for your fragment(s).

You should at first copy this file to the "Public" folder of Dropbox. Then right mouse click on this file and choose "Dropbox" ->"Copy public link".
