Video Splitter / BLACK SCREEN

SolveigMM Video Splitter Business Edition 6_1_1705_18
I only see a black screen when I drag my file to start, this happens to all type and format of my video file
I have tried to click the two buttons on the bottom left hand corner, nothing happens.
How can I fix this?

how can I fix this?
