Thanks for the reply!

This is what the trimmer looks like when I'm about to click trim (it also displays the time segment that I want to cut out):

This time it didn't keep the entire file after trimming, but the trimmed version is somehow not the segment I wanted to trim but another part of the tune instead... weird. This is the trimmed file that appears: http://speedy.sh/GX9qM/One-Piece-wrong-trim.mp3

This is the original mp3 that I'm trying to trim: http://speedy.sh/be48E/One-Piece-Soundtrack-To-The-Grand-Line.mp3

I've tried with other audio and video files though, with the same result.

Hello Termy,

Thank you for your post.

Have you set fragments for deleting using "Cut out selecting fragment" button after all markers were added at the timeline?

Please take a look at this guideline for more information about editing with WMP Trimmer Plugin:

http://www.solveigmm.com/en/howto/how-to-save-quickly-fragments-from-the-movie-with-wmp-trimmer-plugin/

If this will not help then please send us your input original file using e.g. dropbox.com and specify please start and stop time positions were selected for the fragment(s) you would like to be saved.

Hello,

I bought the WMP Trimmer 3.0 Home Edition, and I'm using Windows 8.1

I've tried repeatedly to open various audio files, adding a marker at the beginning and at the end of a segment I want to trim, and then clicking trim. It doesn't save just that segment though, but the entire audio file... is it a bug or am I doing something wrong?
