Thank you for reply.

The problem was reproduced, we will add support of F2-F12 hot keys to Video Splitter next releases.
"F1" opens the Video Splitter User Guide.

Have you selected the Video Splitter main window after hot key setting in the Preferences window?

Unfortunately I've not reproduced this problem on our end.

Could you please specify what hot key value you have selected for this command?

Whatever I set as the hotkey for "Save Media File As", it doesn't work. It won't do anything.
