Freeze when loading video

Thanks for the reply. I tried the version you sent me (which appears to be older than the version hosted onilne), and the problem remains.

I just bought this program, and it works great on all videos except the ones I need to edit

Anything that I processed with Handbrake (H264 MKV) won't load. I can add them to the playlist, but as soon as I drag one down to the timeline, the program freezes.

I installed your freeware Trimmer app, and the same videos work fine there.

I can share a sample video and log files if that helps. Thanks.
