Thanks for your response!

I've emailed you dxdiag reports (32 and 64), and (earlier) video examples

Hi!

I've recently got a licience of Home version 7.
Firstly used 7.3, now have installed the latest 7.4.2007.29  x64. Windows 7 pro.

I've been splitting long 1080p and 720p mp4 files from Youtube (public tv shows and streams).

Program regularly crashes when I'm increasing zoom and moving horizontal line left and right to navigate accross the video (with 3-4 hour videos it's nessessary to cut numerous small fragments).

If I've understood version history correctly, the latest version update was aimed at resolving this issue, but
it remains so far (I've tryed both x86 and x64 versions).

Very dissappointed that using a commersial soft I have to deal with this error for 2-3 times for each long video (at least it restores each time)

So, please resolve this critical error as soon as possible!

Look forward to your feedback

Regards
