You need to enable the special button that allow to set the time for navigation.
Please go to Tools menu / Preferences / View / tick the "Show Jump Forward" / "Show Jump Backward" button.
Then right mouse click on the "Jump Forward to 2 min" button to select the required time for navigation.

Perhaps you missed this real question, in amongst all the spam. For the creator of this software, it should be an easy enough question to answer for a paying customer.

The Jump Forward To and Jump Backward To hotkeys are documented as having an adjustable time, with a default of 2 minutes. How do you change this? I don't care if it involves manually editing XML or editing the registry, 2 minutes is not useful to me.
