Hello Ignat Miller,
Currently, the Video Splitter does not support adding audio only stream to a video only stream. That is why you get this message. You can only add similar files to a Media library and to a timeline. "Similar" here means the files must contain equal number of streams, which must have equal parameters. Getting the "Some file were ignored.." message means that file/files you try to add are not compatible with the files already added and they can not be edited together.

We are already aware of the problems with the MKV files processing. First of all, please try the latest beta-version. If this does not help, please send your problem file to out technical support or to me directly and specify the trimming interval or save a trimming project file (F12 hotkey).

Спасибо за присланный файл.
Проблему удалось воспроизвести на нашей стороне.
Как только появятся новости по ее решению, я напишу в этой теме.

sanuchek, спасибо за пояснения, я вас понял. Пробовал воспроизвести зависания при расстановке маркеров на этом файле, но именно зависаний не получил. Возможно, имеют место не зависания, как таковые, а виновата именно долгая обработка, о которой я писал в прошлом посте. В этом файле у нас также наблюдается краш при резке, о котором вам писала Ольга.

PS. Ольга пока находится в отпуске.

Здравствуйте sanuchek,
Проблема с долгой обработкой больших по размеру или длительности MKV файлов все еще присутствует, мы постараемся исправить ее как можно быстрее в следующи релизах.
Однако, зависаний при установке маркеров на нашей стороне воспроизвести не удалось. Если у вас зависание наблюдается на каком-то конкретном файле, пожалуйста пришлите или дайте ссылку на такой файл.

Описанное вами поведение не удается воспроизвести на наших файлах. Если нет возможности прислать исходный файл, пожалуйста, отрежьте небольшой фрагмент, на котором не будет распознаваться битрейт, и пришлите его.  Также, можете выложить mediainfo исходного и отрезанного файла.
Еще раз повторюсь, что галка включает сохранение данных TS-потока и не влияет на битрейт, поскольку битрейт не является характеристикой TS-потока, он является характеристикой элементарного видео/аудио потока и является обязательным для mpeg2 видео, в то время как в AVC/H264 видео он не является обязательным и может отсутствовать. В 6 версии Video Splitter было добавлено копирование группы параметров, в том числе и битрейта, если они присутствовали в исходном AVC видео.

We have 3 products: SolveigMM Video Splitter, WMP Trimmer plug-in, AVI Trimmer + (freeware).
Each one of them supports mp4 / ts with AVC/H.264 video, however, the frame accurate trimming is available only in Video Splitter and WMP Trimmer Plug-in Business Edition.

Hello dionys,

Please let me explain, that it is recommended to use default settings for the smart trimming, and change them only if the output file is incorrect or can not be processed at all. Also, please keep in mind, that the most part of "Custom" encoders are set up by the software itself, based on the source file parameters and they don't have public property pages.

Здравствуйте misha1961,
Опция сохранения ts параметров доступна только в бизнес-редакции, начиная с версии 5.2. При установленной галке сохраняются только идентификаторы в TS потоке (TS PID , PES ID), параметры видео/аудио потоков могут изменяться.
Пожалуйста, попробуйте использовать последнюю из версий 5.2 или текущую версию (релизная, бета). Если проблема останется, то, пожалуйста пришлите нам ваш исходный файл.
Кроме того, хотелось бы уточнить, влияет ли описанная вами проблема (отображение битрейта) на воспроизведение полученного файла, и если влияет, то как именно?

Если у вас есть возможность, пришлите, пожалуйста нам ваш файл, на котором наблюдаются зависания. Вы можете использовать любой файлообменный сервис.

You need to install OPUS audio codec. I suppose that universal decoders like LAV audio decoder can provide the decoding of such format. Also can do the codec packs.

First of all, please try the current beta version. You can download it by this link.

If this will not help, please clarify what type of files you try to open and after what event the timeline stops displaying.

Also, if you experience the problem with the exact files, please send this file to our technical support or to me directly. You can use any file sharing services for that.
