Thank you for your post.

If you have the file of .avi format then you could try to enable "Obey sample times" setting in "Control / Obey sample times".
If you have this issue with another file format, could you please share this file with us - you could upload it to e.g. Google drive or Dropbox.com. Also please send the project file. To get it select the fragments for saving then follow File / Save project as.

Спасибо за Ваше сообщение!

Все описанные баги, кроме сохранения настройки "показывать форму звуковой волны" в меню "Вид", удалось воспроизвести на указанной версии.
Как только они будут поправлены, мы напишем в этой теме.

Спасибо за Ваше обращение.

Баг с крашем программы во время открытия файла проекта поправлен в версии по ссылке:

Дополнительно периодически проявляется ещё один баг: после нажатия кнопочки play, затем pause - перестают работать кнопки стрелок влева и вправо (переход по ключевым кадрам), пока не кликнешь по любой кнопке перехода в панели видео.

Уточните, пожалуйста, на каких форматах файлов у вас это проявляется? Если возможно, пришлите, пожалуйста, исходный файл (можно использовать, например, Google drive для его загрузки).

We have opened 7 Gb file produced by Handbrake in Video Splitter without any issues with this version. Please let us know what will be the result on your side.

Thank you for your post.

Please specify what another program you use where you have notices such issue.
I've tested several programs and the beta version of Video Splitter and regrettably have not noticed such issue.
So please try to reinstall Video Splitter to the latest version and if this will not help please let us know the another program where you can't delete the file if it was opened in the running Video Splitter.

Hello Alex!

The video editing for h.265 works the same way as for other formats - with frame accuracy editing mode 99% video data remains unchanged, only few frames could be re-encoded, with K frame accuracy there is no re-encoding at all (you can set the accuracy at "Control / Frame Accuracy (Smart mode)".

Maybe have you noticed some artifacts after the editing? If yes, could you please upload the original inlut file as well as the project file from Video Splitter to any file host service (e.g. Google drive) for we could reproduce this problem at our end?

You can try to use the beta version of Video Splitter 6 with HEVC/H.265 format support.
Supported files are: .hevc and .ts files with с h.265 video codec.

Работа по поддержке формата уже велась. Вы можете попробовать использовать бета версию Video Splitter с поддержкой HEVC/H.265. Поддерживаются .hevc и .ts файлы с h.265 видео кодеком.

Dear mydarkpassenger,

The first segment is always _0002 not _0001 and is auto selected as cut.

I've tried to reproduce the issue you have described with the latest beta version, and regrettably have not noticed such problem.
Also if you select "Keep" mode then the first fragment from the timeline beginning is marked as cutted out, possibly the "Cut" mode will be suitable for you. So try to use the beta version below.

According to the second issue, I've reproduced the problem with naming when use such setting in mask preferences. As soon as we fix it, I'll write at this thread.

Thank you for your reply.

Acccording your log files, there is some program was running on your computer that use your audio device while HyperCam 4 recording was started.
Please try to close all other programs that could use your audio device before the recording start wih HyperCam 4. This should help.

If not, try to change the audio settings in Options / Audio tab: select alternative audio device and audio compressor, e.g. Stereo Mix for audio device and WMAudio 9 Encoder DMO as audio compressor. Or if you were used Stereo Mix then change it to System Audio.

Thank you for your post.

There are no special recommendations for bit rate of MP4 file.
Could you please upload for us this file, e.g. to Google drive?
As I believe that problem arise due some other reasons of MP4 file content.
BTW, the beta version that you could also try is available here (Business Edition).
