Q:->How to register  plug-in with activation key I was provided wafter purchasing
A:-> to register WMP-Trimmer plugin please do the actions as follows:
#1 Press Start button on task pane. Select Programs->Solveig Multimedia->SolveigMM WMP Trimmer Plugin ->Registration. Registrator window will appear
#2 Select SolveigMM WMP Trimmer Plugin from enumerated products
#3 Press "Activate" button and enter your serial number, then press OK button
#4 Registration completed.

Dmitry, I am very pleased with this application, as ive been through dozens like this, and your product is 'near' perfect.

Now i say near, because it unfortunately doesnt support MPG-1 and i find that quite strange, because it supports MPG-2. Most MPG files of video people use/download are usually going to be in MPG-1 format. I would surely purchase this application if it could support MPG-1 as soon as possible in a new version. Can you please do this for someone who is pulling their hair out trying to find the perfect splitter?  I really do like it, especially since it doesnt force you to re-encode like most other applications make you do, and i really hate that! 

Also, is it possible you can add support for AVC/x264/h264/MPG-4 and the .MKV (Matroska) container? That would definitely make your product supercharged and perfect. But in any case, i would really appreciate the MPG-1 (as im sure most others would too) support first. I have so many MPG-1 files and i was hoping to use your application to split them up 

Thx for hearing me out and great work on a great product that is so hard to find in this category  Honestly, ive literally been up for hours, and went through nearly 20 applications and they all stunk like a particular 4 letter word

Thank you for warm comments we do our best with our products to get more pleased responses tather than disapointed.
The Splitter will defenetely support MPEG-1 file; it is hard to say when exactly but may be in one or a couple of months;
H264 editing is also implementing and has to be released in on of further version.

Oh yea, one more thing, i also tried to email on the SUPPORT/CONTACT page where the Splitter is listed, but i got a PHP script error or something  Huh

I like the software , but , for me is useless because it do not support FLV files

so , do we gonna have in the future support for FLV files ?

Yes our products will defenetely support FLV files. I can't say when exactly but in a few months.

SolveigMM AVI Trimmer / Re: Not trimming like it should

Recently got the freeware version & very impressed on what this util can do however....
Trimming a few AVI files to burn on to disc & I found that it did not always trim what I told it to.
E.g. I wanted it to trim 50+ secs off the beginning of a file, instead it trimmed close to it so the final product didnt look clean.
Tried it many times & even tried trimming the already trimmed file but nothing.
Saying that other times it trimmed exactly where I told it to (different AVI)
Why the inconsistancies?

Thank you for the feedback.

As you probably know AVI trimmer operates with K-Frame accuracy.
Most likely the end position of fragment you wanted to cut out was of the same GOP as the fragment.

Thank you for your feedback.
Why for your purpose not to use batch mode.

Here is a way how you can make it easy:

1 - open file
2 - select necessary fragment (5,6,7 on the pic 1)
3 - in context menu, call "save selected fragment as" item (8 on the pic 1)
4 - in save dialog choose "add to batch" check (10 on the pic 2)
5 - after you add to batch all the necessary fragments, start batch processing via menu : Tools->Batch Manager->Start Batch Processing
