Спасибо за сообщения, поздравляения и извините за задержку с ответом в связи с праздниками.

Не могли бы Вы прислать нам исходный файл и файл проекта, чтобы воспроизвести зависания на версии 4? Можно загрузить файлы, например, на dropbox.com.
Открываете ли Вы исходный файл с сетевого или системного диска?

А вот с монтажом у меня беда...

Если вы выполняли какую-то задачу в Video Splitter, опишите, пожалуйста, проблему более подробно.

Спасибо за вопрос и извините за задержку с ответом, пропустили Ваше сообщение.

Проверьте, пожалуйста, достаточно ли места на диске, куда пытаетесь сохранить полученный файл.

Какую нашу программу и ее версию Вы используете?

Повторится ли данная ошибка с версией по ссылке ниже?

Если место на жестком диске есть и проблема остается на версии 4 Video Splitter, то не могли бы вы записать лог файлы и прислать их нам?

Could you please let us know what version of Video Splitter have you tried to use?

Will you get the same issue with the version 4 available from the direct link below:

If this will not help could you please upload for us the original mp4 file that you have tried to edit (you can use e.g. dropbox.com). Also please send us the project file. To get it select fragments for saving then go to File -> Save project as.

Could you please let us know what version of Video Splitter you use?

Could you please upload for us the MKV file you have tried to edit to any file host service, e.g. dropbox.com or filedropper.com?

Also please send us (you can use support(at)solveigmm(dot)com) the project file. To get it select fragments for saving then go to File -> Save project as.

Hello Yardbird,

I've tested navigation on files of different formats in Windows Media Player on Windows 8 and came to conlusion that on some file formats Windows Media Player don't update picture when it is on pause and this is doesn't depend if the Plugin installed or not. The update  while the navigation on the pause works for AVI files and doesn't work e.g. for MP4, WMV.
Therefore it is better to contact with Microsoft support regarding this issue in the Windows Media Player.

Video Splitter / Re: Updates

Hello NOKNOT,

This message box can appear if you have several our products installed. Some of them use common components, so if the installed common component is newer then those that in the update you would like to install next then you'll see such message. 

I read somewhere that you are supposed to uninstall previous versions before updating. Is that correct?

If there are error messages while installation then it is recommended before the new installation to uninstall the product with removing the current user settings using Start -> All programs-> Solveig Multimedia -> SolveigMM Video Splitter -> Uninstall or using the Control panel.
In all other cases to update the product just launch the .exe file of the new version.

Спасибо за вопрос.

Основный новые функции Video Splitter 4:
 
- Поддержка формата - FLV. Резка с точностью до кадра для кодека AVC, с точностью до ключевого кадра для остальных кодеков
- Редактирование AVI файлов с точностью до кадра
- Разделение файлов на части по заданной продолжительности, размеру или по числу частей
- Сохранение метаданных для MP4 файлов

Дополнительные изменения:

- Возможность сохранить настройки проекта (интервалы, выбранные дорожки)
- Возможность очистить историю недавно использованных файлов и возможность отключить сохранения информации об использованных файлах в историю
- Возможность настройки каталога назначения для выходных файлов
- Возможность выбрать настройки проигрывания (выбор видео рендерера)
- Настройки цвета для текстовых сообщений и информационной панели

Программа будет выпущена в двух версиях, Business Edition и Home Edition. Только в версии Business Edition есть Mенеджер пакетной обработки и  поддерживается интерфейс командной строки (через консольную утилиту SolveigMM Batch Splitter).

Could you please send us the original file that you have tried to edit (you can use e.g. dropbox.com). Please specify also what start and stop time positions were selected for the chosen fragments.

You can always enable Plugin in Windows Media Player. Just press right mouse button and select Tools -> Plug-ins -> SolveigMM WMP Trimmer Plugin Business Edition.

Thank you for your post.

Could you please describe the issue more detailed? Do you see anything in Windows Media Player when you open your file?

What happens when you move the slider, do you see the first frame that was shown on the file opening or do you see black screen instead?

Does this happen with the original file or with the output file after editing with WMP Trimmer Plugin.

It would be helpful for us to find out the issue's reason if you could send us the original media file and if you have editied it specify please the time positions of the selected fragments. You can upload the file e.g. to dropbox.com.

Да, ключ для версии 3 не походит для версии 4. Есть ли у Вас есть желание получить обновление для версии 4, то отправьте, пожалуйста. информацию о вашей покупке (имя, фамилия, адрес электронной почты, использованный при покупке) на support(at)solveig(dot)com.

Для отключения настройки нужно сначала перейти в Настройки (меню Инструменты -> Настройки), далее выбрать вкладку "Управление" и убрать галку с настройки "Индексировать MPEG видео файлы".

Batch-Datei: Wenn ich das richtig sehe, können Batch-Dateien nicht innerhalb des Video-Splitters gelöscht werden, sondern müssen über Explorer o.ä. gelöscht werden?

Ja aus dem Interface des Programms ist die Entfernung der Batch-Datei nicht vorgesehen.
Wir werden solche Option möglich ergänzen, um eine Batch-Datei zu löschen, nachdem es verarbeitet.
