Thank you for your post and please excuse for possible inconveniences, 

Could you please send us the original file that you have tried to edit (you can use e.g. dropbox.com). Please specify also what start and stop time positions were selected for the chosen fragments.

You can always enable Plugin in Windows Media Player. Just press right mouse button and select Tools -> Plug-ins -> SolveigMM WMP Trimmer Plugin Business Edition.

Thank you for your post.

Could you please describe the issue more detailed? Do you see anything in Windows Media Player when you open your file?

What happens when you move the slider, do you see the first frame that was shown on the file opening or do you see black screen instead?

Does this happen with the original file or with the output file after editing with WMP Trimmer Plugin.

It would be helpful for us to find out the issue's reason if you could send us the original media file and if you have editied it specify please the time positions of the selected fragments. You can upload the file e.g. to dropbox.com.

Здравствуйте,

Да, ключ для версии 3 не походит для версии 4. Есть ли у Вас есть желание получить обновление для версии 4, то отправьте, пожалуйста. информацию о вашей покупке (имя, фамилия, адрес электронной почты, использованный при покупке) на support(at)solveig(dot)com.

Для отключения настройки нужно сначала перейти в Настройки (меню Инструменты -> Настройки), далее выбрать вкладку "Управление" и убрать галку с настройки "Индексировать MPEG видео файлы".

Batch-Datei: Wenn ich das richtig sehe, können Batch-Dateien nicht innerhalb des Video-Splitters gelöscht werden, sondern müssen über Explorer o.ä. gelöscht werden?

Ja aus dem Interface des Programms ist die Entfernung der Batch-Datei nicht vorgesehen.
Wir werden solche Option möglich ergänzen, um eine Batch-Datei zu löschen, nachdem es verarbeitet.

If you have nt purchased Video Splitter before then also specify this in your email and I'll send you the link to purchase version 4.

Добрый день, Аандреич,

Возможность отключить индексацию для MPEG файлов доступна в версии 4 программы из меню Инструменты -> Настройка -> вкладка Управление -> убрать галочку с "Индексировать MPEG видео файлы".

As I see from the error message the version you use is 3.6.1308.22.

Both issues, crashing when editing of MP4 files and crashing when changing hot key settings were fixed in the version 4:

Hallo D. Ricci,

Bugs:
In der deutsch installierten Version ist der Punkt in den Einstellungen / Steuerung / Show message after saving screenshot nicht übersetzt.

Wir werden dies bald beheben.

Da bei der Installation der Beta 4.xx die vorhergehnde V3.7.x deinstalliert wurde, habe ich momentan die Einschränkungen der Test-Version. Auf die bugfixte Version will ich natürlich nicht verzichten, da diese wie erwähnt sehr angenehm und schnell funktioniert. Ich hoffe, dass die V4.xx bald released wird und für die bestehenden Bug-Kunden bald ein Upgrade angeboten wird. Ich habe noch ca. 400 Videos zum Bearbeiten und es ist etwas mühsam, dass ich wegen fehlender Lizenz nicht die bugfixte Version vollumfänglich benutzen kann, obwohl ich im Besitze einer V3 Lizenz bin. Die bisherige Lizenz-Nr. der V3.x funktioniert leider nicht.

Wenn Sie Interesse haben Updates für die Video Splitter 4 bekommen, bitte erklären Sie uns Ihre Informationen über die Lizenz für die Version 3 (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, die verwendet werden, beim Kauf wurde) an unsere E-Mail  (support(at)solveigmm(dot)com) und wir werden Sie mit dem Upgrade-Programm helfen.

Thank you for purchasing the upgrade.

Please try to uninstall the product at first. After uninstall please check that you have no files in the C:\Program Files\Solveig Multimedia and C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia.

If there will be files in these folders after uninstallation please delete them manually.

Then please download the latest Video Splitter Home Edition version at this link, install it and register with your current license key.

Please try to use the 3.7 beta version, seems this problem is already fixed in it.

If the ussie remains with it, could you please upload for us the original file for we could reproduce the issue on our end?

Also please send (you can use suuport(at)solveigmm(dot)com) the project file. To get it select fragments for saving then go to File -> Save project as.
