Am I right that when you cut the wmv file with duration more then 1 minute, you get the output file where the audio ends after a minute?

Could you please upload your file to any file host service for we could reproduce this on our end?

Could you please upload the sample of the file with which you have noticed this problem. You can upload it to any file host service, e.g. dropbox.com or filedropper.com.

Please specify also start and stop time positions were chosen for your fragments for we could reproduce the problem on our end.
The log files will be also helpful for us.

Добрый день, desdichado,

К сожалению не удалось воспроизвести зависание на нашем файле на последней версии SolveigMM Video Splitter (3.2.1206.13).

Если у Вас повторится эта проблема снова, не могли бы Вы прислать нам лог файлы? Здесь инструкция как их можно получить.

Thank you for contacting us.

Yes, watermarks are on the output files of the mpeg1, mpeg2, avc files.
After registration there will be no watermark.

Also, the fact that it has it adds that watermark, does that mean that the trimming is not lossless?

SolveigMM technology keeps 99% of data and only transcodes a few frames at the beginning and end of the video segments, so that files are also processed fast and lossless. This is for mpeg1, mpeg2, avc.

Also, I'm planning to replace my computer in 4 months. Would I be able to use my license to instal Video Splitter on that computer, or is the license computer specific?

You will be able to install Video Splitter on the new PC. You only need to ununstall it at first from your old PC and then install it on your new PC and register with your license key.

Здравствуйте desdichado,

Уточните, пожалуйста, какую версию программы вы использовали. Последняя доступна здесь.

Попробовала на различных MOV, программа работает без зависания. Возможно причина в особенности Вашего файла. Не могли бы Вы прислать нам образец вашего исходного файла для воспроизведения проблемы на нашей стороне?

Укажите, пожалуйста, какие интервалы были выбраны для фрагмента (ов).

Könnten Sie bitte Ihre Datei unter einem beliebigen Datei-Host-Dienst für laden uns das Problem auf unserer Seite zu reproduzieren konnten?

Sie können  z. B. dropbox.com oder filedropper.com verwenden.

Könnten Sie sich auch die Log-Dateien senden? Um sie zu erhalten, folgen Sie den Anweisungen unter den Link:
