Hello Cedric,
This feature already exist in Video Splitter. To enable it, please open the "Preferences" then select the "View" tab and enable the "Show Jump Forward button" option.
You will see the extra button in the navigation controls near the volume level. Right click that button and you'll see the dialog with predefined jump values, if you click "Step" box, you'll be able to specify your own value.

Hello Marty,
You can delete log files, they do not affect the software performance. Also, you should probably turn off the logging in "Tools"-"Logging"-"Enable logs" menu.

In order to recover your activation key, please send a request to the tech. support and provide the following information:
1) an e-mail address used for the purchase
2) what e-commerce platform the product had been purchased from (Cleverbridge, PayPro, share-it, Amazon or other). Maybe you also have the Purhcase ID
3) any other info that can be useful.

You can use a SolveigMM Video Splitter software or AVI Trimmer which is a freeware but has less functionality comparing with Video Splitter.

Hello Tiffhan,
SolveigMM products don't do the entire file recompression, but do a remultiplexing of your source file. However, the remultiplexing this does not make your file much larger whereas the recompression sometimes does. So our products should not add much to your file, but the best way is to test it yourself with the specific file. Solveig products have an evaluation period when you can try the software with some restrictions.

Does this occur with a specific file? Could you please send this file and a trimming project file to our tech. support or to me in a private message. You can use any file sharing services to send files, like Google Drive, Dropbox etc.

Unfortunately, you did not specify what product you use. However, the most probable reason of such behavior is that a product operates in K-frame accuracy mode. Please see more details in this post.

К сожалению, возможности изменить декодер, используемый при воспроизведении, или настроить его нет. Однако, для проигрывания AVC Decoder должен использовать аппаратное ускорение. Мы проверим это поведение.

Video Splitter рассчитан на максимальное потребление ресурсов при выполнении перечисленных вами операций, поскольку эти операции являются наиболее затратными по времени. В идеале, с целью ускорения, Video Splitter будет стремиться использовать все доступные ресурсы.

К сожалению, не имея на своей стороне файлов для проверки, сказать наверняка, что проблема исправлена невозможно. Однако, похожая проблема была исправлена, пожалуйста, попробуйте последнюю бета-версию 7.3.1911.14 (или 64бит)

Пожалуйста, пришлите образец записанного файла, на котором наблюдается проблема нам в тех. поддержку или мне в личном сообщении с указанием ссылки на эту тему. Для отправки фалов вы можете использовать любое файловое хранилище - Cloud Mail.ru, Google Drive итд.

Проблема, приводящая к импорту файла в Sony Vegas без звука, была исправлена в версии 7.3.1911.14 (или x64 версия). Пожалуйста, проверьте.

К сожалению, не могу воспроизвести похожую проблему на имеющихся файлах, вероятно, что проблема специфична для конкретных файлов. Пришлите, пожалуйста, образец такого MKV файла, при резке которого происходит зависание и файл проекта резки в поддержку или мне личным сообщением, также, укажите ссылку на пост.
