Fixes:

Demuxer:
- no audio pins on some files with aac
- no video pins on some files with avc1
- positioning to end shows start frame

We are developing MP4 Format DirectShow Demultiplexer and Multiplexer filters based on GDCL DirectShow Mpeg-4 Filters Sources.

For now they support ISO Mpeg-4 files containing Mpeg-4 and H.264 video and a variety of audio formats.
