Hello carterodell,

Thank you for your post.
Do you use Video Splitter for Windows or for Mac?
The latest version 8 of Video Splitter doesn't have the Cut/Keep modes.
If you use it for on Windows, please see this guideline on how to edit your files with Video Splitter 8 for Windows:

As said in one of the discussions, I've looked over the instructions and this forum, but I still can't figure out how to toggle between the two modes.

Hi David,

Cut / keep mode were in previous versions of the Splitter (not in 8 one) and are still present in Mac Splitter

Switching between them are described here

I've searched this forum and the documentation, but i can't seem to find how to switch between Keep Mode and Cut Mode, as described in one of the threads.
