We do not have a specific tools for making a video, but we have product for the screencasting and video editing.
If you need to capture your screen actions, you can check the HyperCam - it allows you to record your screen, your web-camera and sound from the system, microphone or other available devices.

If you already have a video which you want to edit, you can use one of our editing products - Video Splitter, WMP trimmer plug-in or AVI Trimmer +. They provide a number of different methods to work with your video.
