Для передачи файлов вы можете воспользоваться любым файловым хранилищем (Google Drive, Яндект диск итд)

Hello Marty,
The logo and watermarks are trial restrictions of the unregistered version. You need to activate the x64 version as well with your key.

If you selected an interval for trimming, please specify the interval or save a trimming project file. Also please let me know your operating system version.

Unfortunately, we do not have any editing software for Linux, but we have a Video Splitter for MacOS and a TriMP4 for Android.

Hello viprit,
If you've captured your video with HyperCam, you can edit your video as well. HyperCam installer also contains a HC Media Editor, which allows you to edit your recordings.
Also, you can check the AVI Trimmer+, but it only provide a GOP-accuracy mode.

Здравствуйте Алексей,
По вашим вопросам могу сказать следующее:
1. Для того, чтобы перенести лицензию с одного ПК на другой или в случае, если изменение конфигурации ПК повлечет невозможность повторной активации, нужно написать в поддержку с указанием лицензионного ключа.
2. Если лицензионный ключ утерян, вы можете также написать в поддержку по вопросу восстановления ключа. При этом, чтобы ускорить процесс, сразу же сообщите адрес электронной почты, который использовался для приобретения ключа.
3. Завершение программы при загрузке ключа из файла воспроизвел. Как будет доступно иправление я сообщу.

Unfortunately, the "OPUS" audio is not supported by Video Splitter at this time. I'll let you know whenever the support for this type of audio is implemented.

Hello Marty,
I'll try to check this behavior that you described.
Writing log-files might be the most probable reason of slowing down, as it needs the access to the HDD. The other options (backup, cash etc.) are initiated on special cases and does not need HDD or use it rarely. So please disable the logging during the common use of the Video Splitter.
The resources consumption depends on a file loaded into the timeline (or the encoding parameters of the file), the number of files on the timeline and other factors. It might also be a good idea to use a 64bit version of the Video Splitter.

В случае использования кнопок клавиатуры сразу же после загрузки сохраненного проекта, проблема та же, что и п.3 ниже - захват фокуса. Я напишу об исправлении.

Hello Marty,
After checking your files I think I found 2 different issues:
1) When you load a project with an external subtitles or restore from a backup copy of the project after a crash, the external subtitles stream is disabled for trimming.
2) When you load more then 1 file to the timeline and save the output file - only subtitles from the first file are saved.

I'll post here when the fix is available.

Hello skizlock,

I reproduced a similar behavior: when saving multiple fragments from a source file the timing of the second and other fragment's subtitles is shifted a little, but it does not start right after the last line of the first fragment's subtitle. I suppose that the problem is the same, but to make sure, could you please send me your files and a trimming project? You can send files to our technical support (support(at)solveigmm.com) or to me directly via a forum's private message. Please do include a reference to this topic in your e-mail.
