It can be done via DXDIAG utility but there are 2 cases:

64-bit Windows:

  1. Run the 32 bit version of the DXDIAG - it can be found in the following folder (by default):
    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\dxdiag.exe
  2. Push the "Save All Information" button, wait for the 32 bit report to be created and save it.
  3. Push the "Run 64bit DXDIAG" button to switch to the 64 bit version and save the 64 bit report.

32-bit Windows:

For this just call Windows "Start"->"Run"->dxdiag. After utility finish PC scanning (in a half of minute) push "Save All information" button and save the resulted txt file.
