The more accurate editing of WMV files with Video Splitter from "Solveig Multimedia"

 

The "Solveig Multimedia" company has released a new version of the video editor SolveigMM Video Splitter 2.5. The main feature of the version is supporting editing of WMV video files with frame accuracy along with the previously editable popular formats of files.

The new version of the software now operates with files of WMV format (WMV1, WMV2, WMV3, MSS2) with frame accuracy, allowing more precise editing of these files, and an opportunity to get in the output file that was selected for editing from first to last frame. Thus the unique technology of the company based on recoding of only several frames at saving of 99 % of the data, allows to achieve hi quality output material. Useful addition is the built-in validator program of WMV files, which allows to determine while the WMV file opening if it is damaged or not, and therefore if it is possible to edit it or not. In addition the indexing of MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 files in the selected folder was implemented in the new version. The new version is also fully localized to German, Chinese and Russian languages.

Video Splitter is a powerful video editor to work with a wide range of video and audio data. The main purpose of the program is the fast and without losing the original quality of raw material saving of one or more audio or video clips from the movie, remove unwanted parts of the media file, merge files into one and save the soundtrack you like from the movie or clip. The program will be useful both for users and professionals, all of whom is needed quickly and without further study of a software product to edit a movie or a clip, e.g. for removing commercials from recorded TV programs, censoring a video for children, creating video for uploading to Youtube or social networks.
